How we collect, use, and protect your information — in plain English.

Information We Collect

When you submit the contact form or provide your details through our chatbot, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you choose to share it), and the content of your message.

Chatbot conversations are stored locally in your browser only. We do not have access to these conversations unless you voluntarily provide your contact details through the chatbot. In that case, the conversation is saved alongside your contact information to help us understand your enquiry and respond effectively.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your enquiry and to improve our services. That's it. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We will not use your information for marketing unless you explicitly opt in to receive communications from us.

AI Chatbot

Our chatbot, voice receptionist, and SMS assistant are powered by Google Gemini, a third-party AI service. When you interact through any of these channels, your messages are processed by Google's systems to generate a response.

We do not store anonymous chatbot conversations on our servers. The only conversations we retain are those where you voluntarily provide your contact details — and only so we can follow up on your enquiry.

Data Storage

Contact information submitted through the form or chatbot is stored in a secure, hosted database. We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorised access.

Chatbot conversations are stored in your browser's local storage. You can clear this data at any time using the "Clear chat" button in the chat window — no account or login required.

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of trusted services to operate this site:

  • Resend — for delivering email notifications when you submit a contact form or provide details via the chatbot.
  • Google Gemini — for powering the AI chatbot, voice receptionist, and SMS assistant.
  • Twilio — for handling phone calls and SMS messages to our business number.

These services process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them if you have concerns.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of any personal data we hold about you by contacting us directly. We will action your request as promptly as possible.

You can clear your chatbot conversation history at any time by clicking the "Clear chat" link at the bottom of the chat window. This removes all locally stored messages from your browser immediately.
